Help with a screw drive

thanks ed, we tried the brass but didnt have much luck, in the end i superglued some windscreen washer tube to the motor shaft then superglued a thick brake line tube over the top which fitted perfectly then glue it to the threaded rod, the result a strong a flexible drive shaft, we did a quick test and i had a job to hold onto it

I am glad you found something I didn't understand that you needed a flexible connection just a connection. Ed

i wasnt planning on it being flexible but i think its a bonus, i will try to get some pics and maybe a video up at some point for people to see it
