Looking great, but I'm kind of bummed it says your YouTube video is unavailable. Was looking forward to seeing it in action. Anyway the truck looks awesome keep the updates coming.

Your makin' some cool parts Steve. Just wish your camera could focus so I could see 'em. LOL.
![]() ![]() Keep us posted on the micropump when you get 'er running. Next move for me was going to be trying to gear it down a bit - never got the thing to run low enough amperage one to one. I put mine on the shelf for now but will get back to it some day. Joe |

Sounds like I have the same motor. I bought a Johnson 12V 6600RPM motor off ebay and also tried the 12V Johnson motor off my Leimbach pump as a test. They both performed almost identical. Labored real bad and pulled 6 or 7 amps (blew a 5A fuse almost immediately). If I remember correctly these Idex micropumps are moving about 5 times as much fluid as a Leimbach with each revolution so I think problem is too much volume. I was going to try a 4:1 gear reduction as next step.

Joe my pump on the shelf to for a little . it looks out of proportion to the truck so I think I'm going to try to get a micro pump from the Germans for this 1
![]() ![]() thanks Brian ![]() I'm pretty much shelving my projects till I get some customers caught up except for somethings I'll use as a trial run on the JD mill ![]() ![]() if it does these right then I'll feel comfortable running drop deck frames .

They look NICE Steve.. So do the A/C's. Question, are you drilling and taping the mounting holes in the a/c's?
