good luck on the piano hinge
  I could find them either let alone in aluminum  for my locker box , So , I guess I got to make , just when truck is looking great Matt . It'll look better soon

Hinges are a pain in the a&@, I made a set using 1/16 brass rod and 5/64 tube on mine, I just couldn't figure out an access problem for my pin. So after a suggestion by ihbuilder, I ended ip with 2 small 3/4 inch brass hinges from the hardware store stacked, take a look at my pete thread or ihbuilders to see if that would work for you.
