Started on the rotator base . Not exact to the pic but this should work . The boom base will attach to the top of the gear .

OK guys this is no ordinary wrecker build
 trying to keep true to scale as possible . got wrecker frame made , under lift started , stabilizers started and turntable being assembled while working on wheels .   I think it's going to be best to use hydros on this with some screw drives thanks for looking IHSteve

looking good, great work on the cab. the frame looks good and strong. this is going to be a heavy rig, i like it.
