Beginners Guide to buying and building you first truck.

hi all. i am just getting started on here and with building. or should i say wanting to build. i have seen alot of builds that i really like. both in truck and equipment. but i am have trouble with finding a truck kit i can afford, and model i like. can someone help me with this? i like the global liner but all i have found are out of stock. i like the wedico truck models. but would like to know why they are so much more expensive than the tamiya models? thanks for all the help in advance, driveshaft
