I'm thinking you could cut up an amber colored Tamiya lense to get yourself a pretty close replica of that one.

Lucked in this morning. Went to a garage sale and found three old AMT 18 wheeler models for $10.00

Now have lots of lights to chose from. Just the right size for clearance lights.
