Oh, I think your gears will be fine... my tam trks will pull 80lbs without damage... what's important is a very smooooth esc with a light brake and gentle tx stick movement.
 No pop a wheelies with a load on !!!

What esc do you use in your truck Joe? I was thinking of using a Sabertooth and switching on the soft start like I have done on the swing in my Volvo but I haven't bought anything yet. The one that I was using(it got sick) is a Tazer and isn't very smooth with any weight on it. I used it in my Euc for some time but switched it out in favor of a Proboat esc. It is much smoother but I have had it go into protection mode once so it's probably not heavy duty enough for the 850.
