Default excavator and truck pics

Here are a few pics of the excavator , ive since these pictures were taken added the 2 main boom linear actuators as well , so the boom is now finished and painted proper cat yellow. The truck is almost done , just a few more little dress up touches and then i'll be looking to get a lowbed trailer. Thanks for looking and the help guys.

Nice looking start to both the truck and excavator. What did you happen to make the boom out of for the excavator or is it still the plastic boom modified. Can't wait to see it opperating.

The boom is modified with aluminum but mostly still plastic. All the pivot points and connections are reinforced with brass tube and aluminum plate. It should hold up to the uses i plan for it. Will post more pics once i get started on the tracks .
