Default Couple of newbie questions

Hi, I am going to attempt a build of my own hydraulic system for a 1:14 scraper. Can you give me an idea of the od the cyls would be, I understand the model would use more than one size ram, but if I knew the size of the bowl cyls for example, I could work out the others. Also could anyone point me to a supplier of small steel square tubing 1/2 or 3/4" ?
Thank you.
Terry
