Default vid of my digger.

been trying tomake a vid of my excavator for a while. its all custom using firgelli actuators, but i want to convert it to hydraulics. looking at the vid, if you can help me with size and what kind of rams pumps and such to use? i lookinf to dig in sand like this.

i would but the firgelli are stupid strong but don't like constant hard work. i've rebuilt thoughs thing so many times they arn't anything close to what they start like. and im at the point where i play on saturday and spend rest of the week fixing them.

i just think hydraulics would take a little more of a beating

The Island boys use Leimbach pump and valves with air cylinders from Clippard.

Order Leimbach goodies from TTM Model Shop or Gear Doc.

cyl bore 12mm
50mm stroke for boom & bucket
75mm stroke for stick

2 or 2,5mm plumbing for reasonably quick movement
