If you need material for home made windows on other models, Evergreen, Plastruct, and Midwest all offer various thicknesses of clear styrene, pvc, polyester, or acrylic sheets. I have only purchased clear styrene, and haven't yet used it, but will eventually. I need to make a rear cab window for my truck, as well as the blind spot, peak-a-boo window in the door.

Tower Hobbies stocks all the brands I mentioned above. It's easier to do a search on Tower for clear styrene, then to just dig through all their material listings. They have a lot listed! Hopefully you'll find something you can use.

Here is what I use and it is much clearer than the styrene and it is shaped easily with a little heat and not to mention it is extremely flexible and strong as hec.
