Not to get too far in to it because I am no expert - but it appears the slow down starts immediately after the loader falls forward onto the trailer. I would look for something loose that may have shifted and made an electrical contact when the loader rocked forward. Battery? Esc? Receiver? Just my 2c from watching the video...

J.D., that is unusual because the motors and esc are still putting out power because it would still turn and go backwards but, crawl forwards. I think it could have been a software glitch in the dual esc. Is it repeatable or has it ever happened before?
